Intelligence of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic recorded the arrival of special forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass. This was announced by the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Ivan Filiponenko. At the same time, he noted that the specialization of reinforcements is sniper work and the organization of sabotage.

Two groups of a separate special-purpose center for special operations forces "West" arrived in the areas of the settlements of Stanitsa Luhanska, Shchastia and Krymskoe. Each has 20 people. Today, from 9 to 10 am, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired 21 shells on the territory of the LPR. This was reported in the representative office of the LPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire regime.

Since the summer of 2020, measures have been in place in Donbass to strengthen the ceasefire regime, which introduce a ban on the use of fire, including sniper fire. It is also prohibited to carry out reconnaissance and sabotage actions.
