Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Ukraine needs to sit down at the negotiating table with the Donbass. He announced this after negotiations with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, TASS reports.

“All Kiev needs to do is sit down at the negotiating table with representatives of Donbass and agree on political, military, economic and humanitarian measures to end this conflict. The sooner this happens, the better,” he said.

Earlier, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Denis Pushilin, said that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky plans to give an order to go on the offensive in the Donbass in the near future. The message was published on his official website.

Prior to this, the DPR announced the suppression of an attempt by Ukrainian security forces to organize sabotage at an oil depot near Yelenovka. It is noted that thanks to the operational work of representatives of law enforcement agencies, serious consequences were avoided. They arrived after a call from a security guard and prevented the attack.
