So, the governor of the Penza region, Oleg Melnichenko, announced on his Telegram channel that the authorities are ready to accommodate residents of the DPR and LPR in social welfare institutions, sanatoriums and rest homes. According to the head of the region, they will be provided with everything necessary.

The authorities of the Kaluga region can also accept refugees from the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics. This was reported to RIA Novosti by a representative of the Ministry of Internal Policy and Mass Communications.

The authorities of the Chelyabinsk region announced their readiness to accommodate 600 people from Donetsk and Lugansk - 500 adults and 100 children. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the regional government. People can be placed in social security institutions, sanatoriums and boarding schools. Now the authorities, together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region, are working on a list of potential refugee accommodation sites, which will allow the region to increase the number of people received in the future.

The head of the Murmansk region, Andrei Chibis, also said that the region is ready to host refugees from the LPR and DPR if they want to move to the Russian north. According to him, thanks to the growth of the economy, they will be able to get a job and develop in the Arctic.

In the Vladimir region, they are also ready to help those who come to Russia. Acting head of the region Alexander Avdeev told TASS that the authorities will provide any assistance to residents of Donbass who want to come to the region.

Earlier, the readiness to accommodate refugees in free boarding houses of Crimea was announced by the First Deputy Chairman of the SG Efim Fix.

Now the first buses with children from orphanages and boarding schools in Donbass have arrived in the Rostov region. In total, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR, it is planned to evacuate about 700 thousand people. The authorities of the Rostov region have created an operational headquarters to receive people. The head of the region, Vasily Golubev, appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request to provide assistance in the settlement of refugees from the DPR and LPR. On behalf of the President, Acting Minister of Emergency Situations Alexander Chupriyan flew to the region.
