Moldova - Monica Babuc: Personnel policy is one of the most vulnerable points of the current government

Moldova (bbabo.net), - Acting PDM Chairwoman Monica Babuc believes that personnel policy is one of the most vulnerable points of the current government. And the country's leadership must understand that with the existing shortage of qualified personnel, each specialist must be valued. She spoke about this on the air of the program "A Matter of Principle", a-tv.md reports.

- If we talk about personnel policy, it seems to me that this is one of the most vulnerable places of the current government. I said this when we were evaluating the first hundred days of the government of Natalia Gavrilitsa. I, as someone who has worked for six years in government, was surprised that when the prime minister was asked about the main difficulties they faced, she said that the most difficult thing is that they invite people to places in ministries or agencies, and they don't come. But she did not say anything else, that the current government, under pressure, fired hundreds of people, professionals in their field. Here was the last case. Last week, a man who worked in one of the ministries that I led, a brilliantly educated man, said that the pressure is already such that he leaves the country with his family.

I mean, I don't understand when the prime minister is surprised that the citizens don't want to come to these places, knowing that they are making people who worked in governments led by other political parties blame for working with Babuk, with someone else, with PDM, PCRM, PLDM, etc. But it's stupid. In Moldova, there is a terrible shortage of qualified personnel, there is a problem of very low salaries. People who have qualifications and knowledge are always in great demand in various international projects, where salaries are 10-15 times higher than in the government. I can understand that these people came to power, they want to solve the objective tasks of their program, but they must understand that in our country every specialist must be valued,” Monika Babuk said.
