Law enforcement officers of the LPR neutralized a mined car near the village of Samsonovka.

According to the Ministry of State Security of the LPR, the car was under a railway overpass on the Lugansk-Izvarino highway. An hour after the discovery of the car, a train was supposed to follow the overpass, on which women and children were traveling to Russia.

"The specified vehicle was destroyed by undermining an overhead charge. After the car was blown up, a funnel with a diameter of about 40 meters remained in place," the report says.

Explosives experts determined that the car contained explosives with an approximate yield of about 200 kilograms of TNT. The bomb was equipped with a radio-controlled fuse.
