British Foreign Secretary Elizabeth Truss said during the Munich Security Conference that the country could ban Russian oligarchs from entering. According to her, Britain is “strongly determined” that Russia will pay a “great price” in the event of an attack on Ukraine.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that Russia had begun preparations for a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
