Russia - How refugees in the Urals will be tested and vaccinated against COVID-19

Russia (bbabo.net), - In the Middle Urals, they explained how testing for coronavirus and vaccination of people evacuated from the DPR and LPR will be carried out. As deputy governor Pavel Krekov said at a briefing at the regional headquarters, the vaccination will be voluntary, but the test is mandatory for everyone.

The region has a stockpile of 500,000 doses of vaccines, the official said. Basically, it's Sputnik V. Any visitor who wishes to be vaccinated will receive it, this will not create a threat of a shortage of the drug. The process, most likely, will be organized on site - that is, the teams will arrive from the hospital closest to the location.

At the same time, Krikov noted that the vaccine for children will be provided primarily to Sverdlovsk residents. According to him, over the past few days, the parents of 12,000 children have expressed a desire to vaccinate them, so doctors will work with these appeals, and then we will talk about vaccinating all the rest.

Organized groups must be tested for coronavirus at the place of departure and at the place of arrival. In the Sverdlovsk region, PCR and express tools are used for testing.

According to the opershatab, 3,667 cases of the disease have been detected over the past day. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, there are 323,712 diseases. 729 people were hospitalized, 1122 recovered. In total, 211,319 Sverdlovsk residents coped with the disease.
