Russian President Vladimir Putin said that weapons for which there are no equivalents in the world have been put into service with Russia, the RBC TV channel reports.

“We will continue to develop promising weapons systems, including hypersonic and based on new physical principles, to expand the use of advanced digital technologies and the use of artificial intelligence,” Putin said.

According to the Russian president, the regular conduct of military exercises of the army, aviation and navy shows their highest level of training and effectiveness.

“We see how difficult the international situation is, what dangers the existing challenges pose,” Putin said, noting that the government would continue its efforts to provide the Russian army with the latest weapons.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the Russians on February 23 and called the most important state task.
