Russia (bbabo.net), - Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya, during his speech at the General Assembly, stressed that the West continues to incite and arm Kiev, and warned that "no one will be liberal with violators of the ceasefire in Donbas." At the same time, he recalled that the Russian Armed Forces would monitor this regime, TASS reports.

As the diplomat noted, Russia has done everything to preserve the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. However, Kiev all the time continued to evade direct dialogue with the Donbass and "led the nose" of the entire world community, assuring its adherence to the Minsk agreements.

Russia's permanent representative to the UN also pointed out that after Kiev ceased to be shy about declaring that it would not comply with the Minsk agreements, "it became obvious that there were no more prospects for the implementation of this document."
