Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Kiev does not plan and never planned a military offensive against Donbass. He stated this during a speech at the UN, reports TASS.

“Russian accusations against Ukraine are absurd, Ukraine has never threatened or attacked anyone. Ukraine has never planned and is not planning a military offensive against Donbass, provocations or acts of sabotage,” he said.

Kuleba noted that the crisis around Ukraine was created and is being fomented by Russia unilaterally.

Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Oksana Savchuk registered a draft appeal to the UN with a proposal to exclude Russia from the organization.

The document entitled "Draft Resolution on the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the General Assembly of the United Nations regarding the exclusion of the Russian Federation from the membership of the United Nations" was registered on Wednesday, February 22. At the moment, the project is “submitted to management for consideration,” it says on its page.
