"Under the pretext of a planned evacuation of the population, the military-civilian administration is evicting civilians from houses in the settlements of Zolote and Popasnaya. About 60 people have been evacuated. The liberated houses were settled by the arrived militants of the defense," Filiponenko said.

He also drew attention to a sharp increase in the intensity of shelling after additional artillery units were pulled up to the line of contact. "Our observers recorded 114 violations of the ceasefire regime. 29 settlements of the republic fell under enemy shelling," said a representative of the People's Militia of the LPR. According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine actively used weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, in particular the Grad MLRS.
