The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, said that at the moment there are no Russian troops in the DPR, but they may appear there, RIA Novosti reports.

“At the moment, Russian troops are not here. And before these events, all international observers, including the OSCE itself, were looking for them here, but they were not found. As for the future, is it possible for Russian troops to be here? Maybe. When and under what circumstances, the situation will show how the situation will develop from the position of Ukraine,” Pushilin explained.

According to him, the DPR, in alliance with Russia, has no right to be defeated or to have doubts about victory.

"We will win. With such a country, with great Russia, which we respect, appreciate for the fact that it treats us this way, we have no right to lose or even doubt our victory, ”Pushilin said.

Earlier, the first refugees from the DPR and LPR were met in the Moscow region.
