Flights of civil aircraft within the airspace of Ukraine are limited. This is reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the international warning system for air personnel NOTAM.

It is noted that the flights of civil aircraft within the boundaries of the Kiev, Dnieper, Lvov, Odessa, Simferopol regions of flight information "are limited due to a potential threat."

Earlier it was reported that the international airports of Kharkiv and Dnipro were temporarily closed until Thursday morning. There was no information about the reasons for this decision.

Also on the eve of the Verkhovna Rada at an extraordinary meeting approved the decision of the President of Ukraine on the introduction of a state of emergency throughout the country, with the exception of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. This regime began to operate from 01:00 Moscow time on February 24.
