- We are gradually easing anti-covid restrictions in the Ulyanovsk region. From February 28, we partially cancel QR codes. They will not be needed in beauty salons, hairdressers, cosmetic, massage and spa salons, solariums, baths, saunas, swimming pools, fitness centers, the head of the region said.

He also noted that checks of QR codes are also canceled when checking into hotels and hostels. Free access to shopping centers is open on weekdays from 8.00 (7.00 Moscow time) to 18.00 (17.00 Moscow time).

From February 28, the work of food courts will also resume, subject to the accommodation of people at the rate of 4 square meters per person. Children's playrooms will operate with a occupancy of no more than 50%, restrictions on visiting the water park by children under 10 years old are lifted.
