“You have made Ukraine a pawn in your geopolitical game without caring about the interests of the Ukrainian people at all,” the diplomat said, speaking at a UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine.

In his opinion, the nationalists in Ukraine use local civilians as human shields.

Earlier, Russia blocked a draft UN Security Council resolution on Ukraine.
