Russia (bbabo.net), - Republic of Adygea was among the 10 regions - leaders in housing construction and its commissioning per capita over the past three years. Analysts of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation came to this conclusion.
The republic's entry into the top 10 was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin at a meeting of the presidium of the government commission for regional development in the Russian Federation. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation noted the systematic work of the regions - leaders in housing construction.
“For our republic, this is one of the results of the fulfillment of the tasks of the President of Russia on the implementation of national projects, including “Housing and the urban environment.” According to this national project, two million 745 thousand square meters of housing must be commissioned in Adygea by 2030. Last year "307,000 square meters of housing have been commissioned in the region. This is 119 percent of the indicator for the corresponding period of the previous year. The reported figure for the commissioning of housing for 2022 is 310,000 square meters. This year, we also intend to overfulfill the plan and build 328 square meters of housing," - wrote the head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov in his Instagram account.
He noted that the emphasis is on the integrated development of territories where, along with housing construction, it is planned to build infrastructure and social facilities, as well as commercial real estate. This allows settlements to be brought to a modern look, eliminates chaotic development and creates comfortable conditions for people's lives.
"Currently, agreements are being concluded in the republic for the integrated development of five territories with a total area of 212 hectares, where it is planned to build 1.417 million square meters of housing. To achieve this goal, we intend to effectively use all the tools provided by the federal center, including under the Stimulus program. Such tasks are facing the Ministry of Construction of Adygea, municipalities," Kumpilov emphasized.
He also instructed to take measures to prevent violations in the provision of land plots for construction, to work on creating a unified architectural image of municipalities, improving territories, and creating a comfortable urban environment.
