US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland assured that Washington is not going to supply Ukraine with weapons that can be used to "attack Russia." Nuland told about this in an interview with the Dozhd TV channel (the organization is included by the Ministry of Justice in the list of foreign agents).
“We never intended and now we are not going to send weapons to Ukraine with which they could attack Russia,” she said.
Nuland added that the American side is ready to meet with Russian representatives if the latter is "ready to stop."
