Russia - The Russian Defense Ministry urged the media not to publish fakes about the operation in Ukraine

Russia (bbabo.net), - The Ministry of Defense notes an increase in the number of hysterical fakes and outright disinformation about the actions of the Russian army in Ukraine, which is being spread by "sofa troops of Ukraine" on social networks. As reported in the military department, the military has repeatedly warned the media about the impending SBU information stuffing.

"However, unfortunately, some Russian media did not hear these warnings," the Defense Ministry notes. Now a number of media outlets are actively promoting fake information, as well as promptly broadcasting any Ukrainian fake news.

They noted that the templates for these fakes were once approved and long ago published in the training manuals of the US propaganda centers and their NATO allies. "The main thing is to scream heart-rendingly about 'war crimes', 'use of prohibited ammunition', 'humanitarian catastrophe' and supposedly 'incalculable' losses of servicemen," the report says.

The goals of spreading fakes are attempts to discredit the Russian armed forces by any means.

The military department called on all media outlets to be vigilant. Journalists should not become blind victims of Western curators of informational pressure on Russia.

The Ministry of Defense emphasized that they would continue to regularly bring reliable information about the progress of the Russian army's special military operation.
