An officer from Dagestan, Nurmagomed Gadzhimagomedov, died in the line of military duty, the head of the republic noted with sorrow on his Instagram.

Melikov addressed the relatives of the deceased soldier, a native of the Kulinsky district, with an expression of deep condolences.

The head of the Republic of Dagestan emphasized that Nurmagomed, being brought up as a real defender of his Fatherland, showed genuine courage.

“I mourn with all the relatives and friends of the hero. I understand that no words will reduce the bitterness of an irreparable loss ... But I want you to know that we are all indebted to such unbending guys like Nurmagomed. All Dagestanis, all Russians are with you!” the message reads.
