As reported, the Arab League took a neutral position in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. All Islamic countries refused to join Western sanctions.

The list of states acting hostile to Moscow was approved by the Russian government on Monday in pursuance of the presidential decree "On the temporary procedure for fulfilling obligations to certain foreign creditors."

It includes the countries of the European Union (27) and 17 more states, including the United States, Australia, Great Britain, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine, Switzerland, Japan and other countries.

The decree of the head of state provides for the possibility of Russian citizens and companies that have foreign currency obligations to foreign creditors from the list of unfriendly countries to pay them in rubles.

At the same time, all transactions of Russian companies with citizens and firms from the above countries must be approved by the relevant government commission.
