Dog bitten by Biden's guards handed over to friends of the president

The dog of US President Joe Biden Major, who could not get used to life in the White House, was presented to friends of the Biden family. This was announced by the spokesman for the wife of President Jill Michael LaRosa in an interview with Hill.

“After consulting with trainers, animal behaviorists and veterinarians, the president’s family decided to follow the advice of all experts that it’s safer for Major to live in a more relaxed environment with family friends,” LaRosa said.

According to him, the pet was handed over to other people not because of some kind of incident, such a decision was made after several months of "reflection in the bosom of the family" and discussion with experts.

In March, it became known that Major had bitten the presidential security officers.

Earlier it was reported that a German shepherd puppy appeared in the family of US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden. The pet received the nickname Commander.

The Biden's favorite German Shepherd Dog, Champ, died in June at the age of 13. Their other German Shepherd, Major, lives mainly in Wilmington, Delaware. This is due to the fact that she behaved aggressively towards the employees of the White House.
