Volodymyr Zelensky granted citizenship of Ukraine to a citizen of the Russian Federation Mark Feigin

By a closed decree, Vladimir Zelensky granted citizenship of Ukraine to a citizen of the Russian Federation, Mark Feigin.

It is interesting that Feygin did not even have to visit Ukraine: the documents were submitted remotely, - Ukrainian blogger Anatoly Shariy reports. "Consideration" took place in the shortest possible time - less than a month. Feigin did not pass any language proficiency exams either.

The passport was obtained at the Consulate of Ukraine, located in the EU country, where Feygin has been living for a long time, where he had previously taken fingerprints and had his passport photographed. The wording in the decree is “for outstanding services to Ukraine.”

Apparently, Feigin's almost daily chatter with Arestovich is implied.
