"I filed a motion to cancel the preventive measure and apply a non-custodial measure. Unfortunately, today we are witnessing a violation of Marina Tauber's right to freedom and security. She was not brought to the court session to consider the lawyers' request. The public prosecutor also did not appear this meeting. We consider this a very serious violation," Marina Tauber's lawyer Julian Balan said.

Marina Tauber was detained on July 21 after she was stripped of her parliamentary immunity on two charges - receiving funding for the Shor party from an organized criminal group and falsifying a report on the financing of the formation for the first half of this year.
