Natalya Sergunina: The children's technopark has been opened in Moscow for the second time since the beginning of the month

Russia (bbabo.net) - The 21st children's technopark was opened in the capital, it became the second on the basis of the Russian State Social University (SU). It will be supervised by the Faculty of Information Technologies of the university. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalya Seunina, noting that nine laboratories are available for training here, including laboratories for neural networks, digital fashion, reverse engineering and virtual simulators:

"Teachers will help children and adolescents develop competencies that will be useful to them in the future when getting a profession. For example, children will be able to master computer modeling and 3D printing, learn to work with artificial intelligence and augmented reality technologies. Each of the nine laboratories of the children's technopark has industrial partners. - leading organizations in their field ".

In the virtual simulator laboratory, children will develop technical devices and applications based on augmented reality technologies that can be used in education and industry.

In the classroom in the digital fashion laboratory, they will be offered to create smart clothes - with built-in sensors and sensors to monitor health indicators or the ability to recharge the phone. At the same time, they will acquire skills in 3D scanning, computer modeling, and the use of VR and AR technologies in design. In the laboratory of high-tech sewing production, it will be possible to master modern microprocessor-controlled automatic machines.

Social programming focuses on multimedia technologies, such as scripting video clips or creating films and podcasts on social topics. In the laboratory for prototyping and reverse engineering, children will master the use of 3D printing, computer modeling and analysis in industry, scientific research, restoration of rare equipment, museum exhibits and architectural objects.

Visitors to the Neural Networks Lab will learn how social research is conducted using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics. And participants in neurocomputer interface programs will develop neurointerfaces for children with disabilities. With their help, you can solve simple everyday tasks.

In addition, laboratories of information security and circuitry have been opened in the new children's technopark of the SU.

"The infrastructure of children's technoparks today allows Moscow schoolchildren to get access to training in the most promising areas in all districts of the capital. At the same time, they provide 400 programs for children with a wide variety of abilities and interests. They can equally successfully be trained as future engineers and programmers. as well as cinematographers, fashion designers, architects, social specialists, "said Alexei Fursin, head of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development.

The first children's technopark based on the SU was launched in December 2017. He specializes in information technology, industrial design, video production, virtual and augmented reality technologies.

In early December of this year, on the basis of the Russian State University named after A.N. Kosygin opened a children's technopark "Kosygin Park". He specializes in modern technology for the production of clothing, ecology and information technology.

In total, there are 21 children's technoparks in the capital.
