Another innovation provides for the possibility of online acquaintance with the case materials. "If there is a technical possibility in court, the persons participating in the case may be provided with access to the case materials in electronic form in the information and telecommunications network" Internet "through the information system determined by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation," says in explanatory note.
