Recall that on September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in Russia. The corresponding decree has already been signed, mobilization activities will begin on the same day.

Before being sent to the units, those called up for military service will undergo additional military training in accordance with the experience of the special operation. In addition, mobilized persons participating in the special operation will receive payments and the status of military personnel serving under the contract.

Following this, Russian head Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that a total of 300,000 reservists would be called up during partial mobilization.

He explained that this is 1% of the mobilization resource. He added that there was no question of any call for students. Also, according to him, conscripts will not participate in the special operation.
