Russia (bbabo.net), - The Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, commenting on the partial mobilization announced in the Russian Federation and the referendums approved by Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the accession of the republics of Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to Russia, made a statement that “ it's all a sign of panic."

“Mobilization, call for referendums in Donbass are all a sign of panic. His (the President of the Russian Federation) rhetoric about nuclear weapons is something we have already heard many times. It's all part of the rhetoric we know. This leaves us rather cold Siberian, to use Russian terms,” he said.

He compared the size of the regions of Ukraine liberated by Russian troops with the territory of Hungary.

“This is certainly not the end. We must remain vigilant, we must continue to support Ukraine,” he added.

On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a partial mobilization in the country. In his address to the Russians, he noted that the line of contact in the special military operation zone "exceeds a thousand kilometers", while the allied forces are confronting "not only neo-Nazi formations, but in fact the entire military machine of the collective West", which threatens the very existence of the Russian Federation.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that during the mobilization 300 thousand reservists will be called up, who will be trained before being sent to the NVO zone. The call will not affect students and conscripts, only citizens who have completed military service and have a military specialty are subject to mobilization. The head of the military department stressed that mobilization is carried out primarily to control the territories liberated during the special operation.

Recall: the authorities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as the administrations of Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, decided to hold referendums on joining Russia as subjects of the Federation. Voting in all these territories will take place from 23 to 27 September.
