The Commissioner stressed that Chechnya is the only region in the North Caucasus and southern Russia that has conscientiously fulfilled its task.

He added that over 4,500 Chechen soldiers are currently in the Donbass. Moreover, not one of them deserted and did not betray the Motherland. More than 10 thousand fighters are in reserve.
