The military commissar posted screenshots from the "Ichkerian" telegram channels, "through which anti-mobilization rallies in the Caucasus are being coordinated."

Ukrainian blogs are also calling for protests in Dagestan. In particular, People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 9th convocation Yelizaveta Bogutskaya threatens to bring "all villages to the federal highways of Dagestan" and set fire to "tires, firewood and hay."

According to State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev, 70,000 accounts have been thrown into the work of rocking the protest in the North Caucasus. The mistakes made during the partial mobilization by the military commissars are trying to inflate and mobilize people for mass protests, but the authorities manage to calm the residents down.
