Ukraine (bbabo.net), - After the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions become Russian regions, the Sea of Azov will radically change its status, becoming an exclusively inland sea of Russia.

This was announced to the RIA Novosti agency on September 29 by the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov. According to him, this event is a serious strategic decision for our country.

“The Sea of Azov is becoming our inland ... This is security, and trade routes, and the resort sector, and fisheries,” the politician listed.

He also expressed confidence that after the accession of new territories to Russia, freight traffic in the Azov region should be fully restored. At the same time, the port of Mariupol will become an important cargo point.

Recall that the vast majority of residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions voted for joining the Russian Federation in referendums.

According to estimates, in the Zaporozhye region, 93.11% voted for joining the Russian Federation. In the LPR, 98.42% of voters voted in favor. The DPR approved the entry into the Russian Federation 99.23%. In the Kherson region, 87.05% were in favor.

Following the results of the vote, the Federation Council has already stated that the adoption of new regions following referendums will require amendments to the Constitution. Changes should be made to Article 65 on the basis of the federal law on the adoption of a new subject.

As previously reported, the deputy head of the administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, announced the virtual cessation of the existence of the state of Ukraine as an anti-Russian project of the United States.
