This was announced by the Prime Minister of the country Denys Shmygal.

"The government is launching an identity document for returning to Ukraine," Shmyhal said.

According to the prime minister, family members of Ukrainian citizens who were allegedly "deported" to Russia can receive such a document. To do this, they need to contact the State Migration Service of Ukraine or the Ministry of Reintegration.

How many such citizens are now, whether they exist at all, for what purposes this special document is being introduced, which distinguishes some citizens from others, Shmyhal did not specify.
