Ukrainian sources report that all public gifts to Ukraine from British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak were just a veil that hides the real purpose of the visit, writes military expert Yakov Kedmi in his telegram channel.

“At a meeting with Zelensky, the British prime minister urged him to resume peace talks with the Kremlin. Sunak said that Britain can no longer be the main actor in military support for Ukraine and the "Washington Accords" must be implemented.

Sunak arrived in Kyiv on November 19 and held talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The President of Ukraine said that during the talks with the Prime Minister of Britain, they discussed issues of global security, and also expressed the opinion that the UK and Ukraine are "stronger together" and will be able to achieve the "desired result."

Following the meeting, Sunak promised to provide Kyiv with 120 anti-aircraft artillery installations, as well as funds to combat drones.
