Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is forcing the United States to make decisions that are contrary to American interests, according to an article published in the Washington Post.
“Let's think about the delicate relationship between Washington and Kyiv. Zelenskiy has the power of a charismatic leader to force his superpower backer into doing things that may not be in the interests of the United States. The Biden administration has been trying to strike a balance between military support for Ukraine and avoiding anything that could provoke a direct Russian-American conflict.
He warns against heating up relations with Russia.
“Biden's ultimate responsibility is to protect the United States, which means preventing any drift towards a nuclear conflict with Russia. The last few weeks have become a clear example of how to support a war and prevent it at the same time, ”concluded the author of the publication.
As reported by bbabo.net, Florian Filippo, a former member of the European Parliament, leader of the French Patriots movement, was outraged by another request-demand of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the European Union to provide Kyiv with "new billions" to "survive the winter."
The French politician called these appeals nonsense and urged Zelensky to shut up, reproaching him for "crazy lies about a rocket in Poland."
