“The state of frustration can become a motive for changing lifestyles. Sometimes frustration leads to uncontrollable anger, indignation and other unpleasant symptoms,” says Alena Shcherban.
“However, if the adaptive mechanisms in the human psyche are poorly developed, then such a person will not adapt in the first place, but will try to regain access to basic needs.”
