The accident occurred in the metropolitan administrative district of Malatia-Sebastia. The victim, the brother of the head of the government of the Transcaucasian republic, was crossing the road. The driver did not flee the scene of the incident, the newspaper notes.
Armen Pashinyan was taken to one of the Yerevan medical centers with injuries. Doctors assess his condition as satisfactory.
According to local media, Armen Pashinyan moved to Armenia after the 2018 Velvet Revolution. Prior to that, he lived in Russia. According to the State Register of Legal Entities, on April 9, 2021, Armen Pashinyan became the director of two companies at once: Go-Trade and Mina-Maya. According to the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of the republic, Go-Trade LLC is engaged in the rental and leasing of agricultural machinery and equipment.
