This was announced on Tuesday by Deputy Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Han Zheng during the Russian-Chinese Energy Business Forum, TASS reports today, November 29.

“Currently, fundamental changes are taking place in the international energy system. The stability of production and supply chains is threatened by many risks and challenges. We must fully realize the benefits, complementarity, and establish closer cooperation in the energy field,” said Vice Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
