USA (bbabo.net), - Experts of the Security Council of the Russian Federation announced the increasing interference of the West in the internal affairs of Russia against the backdrop of a special military operation. “Experts from the Russian Security Council discussed issues related to the emergence of new challenges and threats to national security against the backdrop of a special military operation. At the meeting of the section on the problems of neutralizing internal threats to national security of the scientific council under the Security Council of the Russian Federation, in particular, attention was drawn to the increasing attempts of the West to interfere in the internal affairs of our country, ”the message says.

Attention is drawn to "the desire of a number of foreign states to destabilize the socio-political situation in Russia, including by intensifying the illegal activities of nationalist and other right-wing radical structures."

In this regard, the experts of the Security Council focused on the need to improve the efficiency of the activities of law enforcement agencies and special services that solve the problems of ensuring state and public security, the report says.

Also at the meeting, measures were proposed to prevent the manipulation of public opinion, as well as the use of IT technologies to disseminate deliberately false information and distort objective data on the course of a special military operation.

"In addition, the issues of countering the spread of the ideology of neo-Nazism on the territory of the Russian Federation were considered," the department said.
