Belarus (bbabo.net), - Minsk and Moscow plan to agree on new tariffs for oil transit through Belarus by December 25. This was announced today, November 29, in the Belarusian Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.
MART emphasized that the negotiation process on the amount of tariff indexation for 2023 between the indicated pipeline transport organizations has not yet been completed. At the same time, the department does not have details on the course of negotiations and “to comment on anything or evaluate the positions of the parties - participants in the negotiation process until a final decision is made on this issue” is considered premature.
Recall that earlier the Russian Transneft received an application from Belarus to increase the tariff by 39% in 2023. The reason is a two-fold drop in pumping volumes. At the same time, from February 1, 2022, Belarus has already increased tariffs by 7.4%.
