Ukraine (bbabo.net), - Since the end of February, the Czech police have opened 86 criminal cases on public support for the Russian special military operation in Ukraine. This was announced on November 28 by the representative of the police presidium, Ondřej Moravčik.

According to him, at the moment there are about 300 cases related to the conflict in Ukraine in the database of investigators. Of these, 86 relate to the public approval of the Russian NWO and the "aggressive policy of the Kremlin." In 49 cases, the defendants were formally charged. At the same time, he noted that several dozen reports of such public statements are received from citizens every day, which are then checked.

Recall that the Czech authorities sharply condemn the actions of Russia in Ukraine. Already in February, the Prosecutor General's Office and the country's police warned residents that the public approval of the Russian SVO or the actions of the Russian leadership in this regard could be interpreted as a criminal offense and fall under one of two articles: "approval of a committed criminal offense" or "denial, approval, justification of genocide ". In the first case, the offender faces up to one year in prison, in the second - from 6 months to 3 years.
