This was announced by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, speaking at the 27th regular meeting of the heads of government of Russia and China, TASS reports on December 5.

Investment cooperation between the two countries, he said, shows good dynamics along with progress in other key areas.

“Under the current conditions, additional opportunities are opening up to strengthen such cooperation, including the creation of production facilities in Russia with the participation of Chinese companies. The government will assist this in every possible way,” Mishustin said.

Speaking about investment cooperation, the prime minister noted that now the "portfolio" of the intergovernmental Russian-Chinese commission includes 79 significant and promising projects. The total amount of announced investments exceeds $160 billion.

“First of all, these are projects in the areas of mining and processing of minerals, industrial production, construction of infrastructure facilities, and agriculture,” said the head of the RF Cabinet of Ministers.
