Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Culture Vyacheslav Kyrylenko met with the Head of the EU-Eastern Partnership Culture Programme Terry Sandel. European experience of cultural policy-making, opportunities of European institutions and programmes for the implementation of reforms in Ukraine, as well as prospects of Ukraine’s accession to the EU Programme “Creative Europe” have been discussed at the meeting.

Terry Sandel noted that the Creative Europe Programme would be signed in September-October this year. Therefore, he offered hands-on assistance in creating the National office of the Programme in Ukraine.
