Asia (bbabo.net), - Available raw materials for Kazakh producers are not enough. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev stated this, speaking at an expanded government meeting, today, December 12, bbabo.net correspondent reports.

According to Tokayev, affordable raw materials are a basic condition for the development of the Kazakh manufacturing industry. In the meantime, domestic manufacturers continue to receive complaints about the existing problems with this.

“The adopted legislative norms are still stalling. Other large manufacturers, under various pretexts, refuse to sign agreements on supplies to the domestic market. The main volume continues to be exported (87% aluminum, 98.8% copper, 77% lead),” the President of Kazakhstan said.

He instructed the government to develop additional legislative mechanisms for influencing large producers of raw materials to fully provide them to domestic processors.
