USA (bbabo.net), - President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that he had coordinated positions with US President Joe Biden ahead of the online G7 summit, in which Ukraine will take part.
“Just spoke to President Joe Biden. As always - substantive, useful. We have strong agreements... The G7 summit will take place today, Ukraine will take part, and now we have coordinated our positions with America," Zelensky said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel.
According to him, Biden said that the “peace formula” proposed by Ukraine is perceived positively. Also discussed were “defense cooperation, air defense, artillery, infrastructure protection” and energy issues.
Earlier, Zelensky, during an online speech at the G20 summit, announced his vision of steps to restore peace in Ukraine, consisting of 10 points. Among his proposals are radiation and nuclear safety, food and energy security, the release of all prisoners, the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the “withdrawal of Russian troops” and the cessation of hostilities, the “return of justice”, counteracting ecocide, preventing escalation, fixing the “end of the war”. Also at the G20, Zelensky said that “there will be no Minsk-3,” Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in a commentary to RIA Novosti that such words “absolutely confirm” Kiev’s position about unwillingness to negotiate.
