Ukraine (bbabo.net), - The head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, said that Russian missile strikes destroyed half of Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
He voiced his complaints on this issue to US President Joe Biden during a telephone conversation. This was reported on December 12 by the press service of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
They noted that Zelensky informed Biden about the consequences of Russian missile strikes, as a result of which about 50 percent of Ukrainian energy infrastructure has already been destroyed.
The Ukrainian president urged his overseas curator to do everything possible to strengthen air defense in his country.
“This is especially important right now, when the winter period has begun in Ukraine,” Zelensky stressed.
At the same time, it should still be borne in mind that the Ukrainian side may deliberately exaggerate the degree of destruction of its energy sector. This is Kyiv's usual practice of begging for Western aid.
As reported by bbabo.net, Zelensky earlier said that he had coordinated positions with US President Joe Biden ahead of the online G7 summit, in which Ukraine would take part.
