Touching upon the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to expand transit and transport cooperation between the two countries, the head of Iranian diplomacy noted that cooperation in this area must be intensified, and Tehran is ready to increase trade between the two countries.

Emphasizing Iran's disagreement with the presence of foreign states in the region, he noted that the problems can be solved by the countries of the region themselves. It should be assumed that the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic had in mind the intensified cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel. Bayramov, for his part, stressed the importance of cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran and expressed his government's interest in holding a joint economic commission of the two countries in early 2023 and developing trade and economic relations between the two states.
