Payments are made even before the provision of material assistance from the Ministry of Defense. This, according to Kadyrov, is the most correct thing that can be done in the current situation.
“I urge the authorities on the ground to deal with the issues of the families of the dead and injured fighters, and not comment on the losses,” the head of Chechnya concluded.
