A spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the draft agreements are a new word in diplomacy. The second scenario is to prepare the ground for a local armed operation, and there they will look at the situation, ”Kuleba said.

Earlier, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine said that the possible disconnection of Russia from the international banking system SWIFT, discussed by Western countries, is a "grandiose" idea.
