Russia (bbabo.net) - To hold a face-to-face press conference is the president's decision, press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov said on the air of Channel One.

“Of course, this is a personal decision of the president. He understands perfectly well that it is much more effective, more convenient for journalists, and it is more in demand by them,” Peskov explained.

The presidential press secretary also stressed that the issues are not prescribed in advance, but are easily predicted. “We follow the agenda all year, and especially when it is as hectic as it is now, so disturbing in some aspects,” he said.

“It's easy to predict all of this. And when our experts, when the government apparatus prepares reference materials for the president, we predict all these topics and very often come across,” Peskov concluded.
