Russia (bbabo.net) - Parents of preschoolers will be able to attend matinees in kindergartens, subject to presentation of a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or previous illness. This is stated in the decree published today by the Governor of Sevastopol.

Parents will be allowed to attend New Year's parties and other events in preschool institutions if they provide medical certificates or a QR code from the State Services portal confirming vaccination or a previous illness, as well as a passport.

In addition, the decree reduced the validity of PCR tests from 72 to 48 hours. Tests should be presented to people who have a medical withdrawal from vaccinations, when checking into hotels, visiting catering establishments, sports and services.

The governor also ordered additional testing of people arriving from abroad, including students. And those who come from Africa must stay at the observatory for 14 days.
