A family from the Perm Territory recovered compensation for moral damage for the death of a Russian guard

In the Perm Territory, the family of Private Valery Tryaztsyn was able to recover 1.2 million rubles from the Rosgvardia in court for moral damage caused by the death of a young man. This was reported by Kommersant.

It is noted that Tryaztsyn died back in 2010 as a result of an illness. At first, the doctors thought that the young man had osteochondrosis, but later he was diagnosed with pneumonia, which led to death.

The court ruled that the young man was not diagnosed correctly on time, and the initial treatment was carried out incorrectly. That is, the actions of the officers of the unit are causally related to the death of a private.

Initially, the amount of the claim was 3 million rubles - a million each from both parents of the deceased and his brother. The court reduced the amount to 400 thousand rubles for each. The Rosgvardia did not acknowledge the claims, stating that there was no connection between the death of Tryaztsyn and the actions of officials. The department also pointed out that there is no information in the case that the private soldier's illness arose due to the actions of the military or from the dangerous factors of the service.

Earlier it was reported that in a private house near the village of Anishino in the Tula region, the body of a missing lieutenant colonel of the Russian Guard, an operative for especially important cases of SOBR, was found without a head and hands.
